Our Treatments Department is revered throughout the Spa Industry for its innovative and progressive approach to the development, delivery and standards of treatments. Our treatment portfolio consists of over 100 traditional and holistic therapies supported by the most prestigious product houses such as Clarins, Decleor, Elemis, Li’Tya, SpaFind and Leighton Denny.

As a Ragdale Therapist you will be part of an elite team of over 100 Therapists and have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and undertake an extensive learning and development programme which will equip you with the necessary skills to carry out any one of the treatments on our menu.

Opportunities for career progression within the Treatments Department are vast. We have a structured development programme that ensures you can work towards supervisory and management level within the Treatments Department itself or branch out into other areas such as Training, Recruitment, Administration, Sales, Specialist Therapies and even Duty Management.
