Behind the scenes …
A successful operation like Ragdale Hall doesn’t run without the many people who work behind the scenes to ensure our guests have a stress-free visit. There are literally dozens of people in departments such as Administration, Treatments Administration, Reservations, Telephone Enquiries, Accounts, Marketing and Personnel making sure a solid support network is in place.
Administration
A team of 4 Administration Assistants support the Owners, Directors, Managers and all the team at Ragdale producing typed documents and helping with any administration duties. A large responsibility of this department is to maintain and update our website. People with office experience, a good typing speed and great communication skills would fit in well – we will teach you the rest!

Treatments Administration
It is the role of the Treatments Administration Co-ordinators to plan and create the perfect stay for over 200 guests every day ensuring that their schedule of treatments and activities is balanced, specific to their requirements and gives great value for money. You will need to be comfortable working with computers as our scheduling system is computerised, and have a good telephone manner.
Telephone Enquiries and Reservations
The Enquiries and Reservations Team deal with all queries relating to stays at Ragdale and take bookings ensuring that maximum room occupancy levels are achieved. Working within these two small but friendly departments you will need a great telephone manner and a love of helping guests arrange their perfect stay.
