Ragdale Hall honours long service staff

Co-owner Michael Isaacs, pictured here (extreme left) with just a few of the staff who have celebrated long service in the last few months, makes it his business to know everyone of his nearly 500 employees and regularly hosts social events and trips with groups of staff.

In 2008 a total of 37 staff celebrated achievements ranging from 5 years service (26) to 10 years (7), 15 years (3) and one member of staff with 20 years under their belt.

In 2009 there is a similar picture with over 40 preparing to pass similar milestones.

In Michael’s words “It is our staff that make Ragdale special, guests tell me this all the time. It is their dedication and hard work in providing an exceptional environment for our guests to enjoy and also in which to work, that has lead to the many awards and accolades that Ragdale has enjoyed in recent years. I cannot thank them enough for their loyalty, they all make up a fantastic team and I am very proud of them all and what they have achieved in the name of Ragdale.”

Ragdale has two employees with over 30 years service, Carol Bowes, Laundry Assistant who will celebrate 34 years in October and Glenda Gardner, Staff Canteen Manager who celebrates 32 years in a couple of weeks.
