Joanna is a regular on TV and radio, including most recently BBC Breakfast, the fitness contributing editor for Marie Claire, and a columnist for Guardian Weekend magazine. Alissa for the past eight years has trained and encouraged hundreds of people as they prepare to complete charity walking events.
